Comprising of a web dashboard using graphic displays connected to a contract management module, iManage enables you to analyse all your fleet data including vehicle inventory, costs and termination forecasts. All this data can be accessed with just three clicks of the mouse, from the summarized view of your fleet to the very detail of a particular contract.

A pan-European product, it integrates information from 11 different countries in eight languages, allowing users to access management reports either consolidated across Europe or by country in minutes that previously would have taken weeks to compile.
Key features of iManage include:
Fleet Inventory: Allows the user to review the number of vehicles they have on fleet, both live and on order. Views can be set to consolidate information across Europe or local country with the ability to analyse across accounts or at cost centre levels.
Fleet Costs: Allows the user to analyse spend amounts per cost type, answering questions such as: By what percentage have my fuel costs increased or decreased across Europe in the past three years? Which make of vehicle has the highest maintenance spent based on the average cost per unit?
Termination Forecasts: Allows the user to see at a glance mileage and duration projections on current vehicles plus those that are due for replacement.
